Whole Body Energy is greatly reduced.  (140 less) so even after taking all energy from Metabolism there is not enough energy within essential systems, so more serious symptoms appear.

 

The body will take from the systems which are less important.  Of course Respiratory (breathing) and Circulatory (heart) are HIGH priorities, so other systems will be compromised soonest, because the body places the highest priority on keeping the lungs going and the heart pumping.  Fat Metabolism is very low down on the priority scale.

 

The weakest system pulls down the other systems.
